These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between bechOnline (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”). By accessing bechOnline, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of the Platform
1.1. Venue Provider Only: bechOnline is a digital C2C marketplace that facilitates the discovery of items between buyers and sellers. We do not participate in the actual transaction, payment, or delivery of goods.
1.2. No Agency: No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between any User and bechOnline by virtue of using the Platform.
1.3. Content Hosting: We act as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of User-generated content. We are not obligated to screen or monitor listings, though we reserve the right to do so.
2. User Obligations and Conduct
2.1. Registration: You must provide current, complete, and accurate information. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account credentials.
2.2. Prohibited Conduct: Users agree not to:
- Post duplicate listings or spam the platform.
- Use automated scripts or “bots” to scrape data.
- Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
- Manipulate the price of any item or interfere with other users’ listings.
2.3. Communication: Users are encouraged to use the internal chat system. Moving conversations to external apps (like WhatsApp) is done at the User’s own risk and may limit bechOnline’s ability to assist in disputes.
3. Listing Guidelines and Intellectual Property
3.1. Accuracy: Listings must be honest. You must disclose all defects, damages, or missing parts of an item.
3.2. Prohibited Items: You may not list:
- Counterfeit goods or pirated software.
- Prescription drugs, tobacco, or alcohol.
- Adult content or services.
- Personal data/mailing lists.
- 3.3. Intellectual Property: By posting content, you grant bechOnline a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your listing content for promotional purposes. You represent that you own the copyright to all images uploaded.
4. Safety, Fraud, and Transactions
4.1. Physical Meetings: bechOnline is not responsible for the safety of users during in-person meetings. Users are urged to meet in public, well-lit areas during daylight hours. 4.2. Payment Risks: We highly discourage any form of “Advance Payment” or “Token Money.” Users who pay before inspecting the goods do so at their own peril.
4.3. QR Code Scams: Users are warned that scanning a QR code is exclusively for sending money. bechOnline will never ask you to scan a code to “verify” your account or receive a payment.
5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
5.1. Exclusion of Damages: In no event shall bechOnline be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform.
5.2. Transactional Liability: bechOnline is not liable for:
- The condition or quality of items purchased.
- Fraudulent behavior by buyers or sellers.
- Loss of money through digital payment scams.
5.3. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold bechOnline harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
6. Premium Services and Refunds
6.1. Paid Features: bechOnline may offer paid “Top-Ad” or “Boost” features. These fees are for increased visibility only and do not guarantee a sale.
6.2. No Refund Policy: Once a premium service is activated (e.g., an ad is boosted), the fee is considered earned and non-refundable, even if the ad is later deleted by the user or removed for a policy violation.
7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
7.1. User Disputes: While we may provide a reporting mechanism, bechOnline is not an arbitrator. Disputes between users must be resolved independently or through local law enforcement.
7.2. Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India/Delhi. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of New Delhi.
7.3. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
8. Account Termination
8.1. Right to Suspend: bechOnline reserves the right to suspend or ban any user without notice if we believe the user is a threat to the community or is violating our safety guidelines.
8.2. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and any active listings will be removed without a refund of paid fees.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bechOnline (and its officers, directors, and employees) shall not be liable for:
- Any financial loss resulting from scams, fraud, or failed transactions between users.
- The quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
- Direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using bechOnline, you consent to the collection of data necessary for platform functionality and fraud prevention.
